Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Welcome to our casual sales and giveaways website, all sales are final and unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange once the product has been shipped.

These are the rules for the items sold directly through our proprietary platform. For any items listed on our website but sold through a third party platform (Poshmark, Facebook marketplace, eBay …), the refund and returns policy of the third-party will apply.

Refunds

If you decide to cancel your order before the items have been shipped, we will send you an email to notify you and confirm that the item hasn’t been shipped. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Given the unique nature of our giveaways and sales, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements.
